Open the centerIt is built for the grooming profession — professional pet groomers, dog and cat groomers, mobile groomers, salon teams, grooming assistants, kennel and boarding staff who perform basic grooming, and aspiring groomers. It is centred on dogs and cats, with broader companion-animal and equine pathways.
Groomers Academy content teaches the professional grooming craft — coat and skin literacy, humane handling, bathing and finishing, hygiene, equipment care, consultation, and workflow. It provides education only and confers no licensure or protected credential. It is not veterinary care: it does not diagnose, prescribe, advise on medication, or treat, and it excludes invasive procedures, anything that breaks the skin, procedures requiring veterinary supervision or sedation, medical anal-gland treatment, and treatment of infections, parasites, pain, injuries, or lumps. Suspected skin disease, infection, parasites, pain, injury, wounds, unusual lumps, severe distress, or other medical concerns must be referred to a licensed veterinarian, and low-stress-handling and behavior methodology is owned by the Trainers & Behavior Specialists Academy. Species-specific husbandry and health detail is taught in the Animal Academies. No grooming or behavioral outcome is guaranteed, sanitation and zoonotic-risk practices must be followed, worker, public, and animal safety protected at all times, and groomers remain responsible for the regulations of their jurisdiction.
Trusted learning for owners, ethical breeders, students, and professionals who care about animal welfare and responsible decisions.
